Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized and verified.

Processing times may vary depending on the item, supplier, inventory availability, holidays, order volume, and fulfillment method. Some items may be shipped directly from our supplier or fulfillment partner.

Once your order begins processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery timeframes may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, product availability, supplier processing time, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Glass Diva Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Supplier processing delays
  • Customs or import processes
  • Holiday shipping volume
  • Natural disasters
  • Public emergencies
  • Events outside of our reasonable control

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow time for tracking information to update. In some cases, tracking may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement after a shipping label has been created.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages, especially if items are fulfilled by different suppliers or warehouses.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number. Delivery dates may vary for each package.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Glass Diva Boutique is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
  • Incorrect street addresses
  • Wrong ZIP codes
  • Misspelled names
  • Incorrect city or state
  • Outdated addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss may transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier or once tracking confirms delivery, depending on the order and fulfillment method.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Glass Diva Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Glass Diva Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking shows the order has been delivered.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery area, porch, mailbox, leasing office, mailroom, front desk, or with household members.
  2. Wait at least 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered before final drop-off.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request delivery details.

We may assist by providing available tracking information, but we do not guarantee a replacement, refund, or store credit for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Delayed or Missing Tracking Updates

Occasionally, tracking may stop updating while a package is in transit. This does not always mean the package is lost.

If your package appears delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first for the most current delivery information. If additional assistance is needed, you may contact us at angelicdesigned@gmail.com with your order number.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable due to customer error, incorrect address, failure to retrieve the package, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Refunds for refused, returned, or undeliverable packages are not guaranteed and may depend on supplier approval, package condition, and whether the item is eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping

At this time, Glass Diva Boutique primarily follows U.S.-based supplier and return guidelines. Some items may not be eligible for international shipping or international returns.

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or charges required by their country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.

International shipping delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or import regulations.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging before opening it. If the item inside is damaged, contact us as soon as possible at angelicdesigned@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

Damaged item claims may be subject to supplier review and approval.
