Glass Diva Boutique Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Glass Diva Boutique. We want you to love your purchase, and we are committed to providing a smooth and fair customer experience.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins on the day tracking shows the package was delivered.
For split-package orders, the return window begins once the final package in the order has been delivered.
Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of the return request submission.
We accept returns on eligible U.S. orders only.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Clothing items only
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or signs of wear
- Returned with original tags attached
- Returned in the original clear garment packaging
- Returned with the SKU label included
- Approved through our return request process

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Beauty items
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates and lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Clearance items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges of any kind.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Because inventory can change quickly, especially with supplier-fulfilled products, we recommend placing a new order if you need a different size, color, or style.
U.S. Orders Only
At this time, returns are only available for orders shipped to customers within the United States.
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are not eligible for return services.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed shipping error or damaged item.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Glass Diva Boutique is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Restocking Fee or Declined Returns
Returns that do not meet the required conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined completely.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Items returned after the return window
- Items shipped back late
- Items without original tags
- Items without clear garment packaging or SKU label
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, odor, stains, or damage
- Items returned without approval
If a return is declined, the customer may be responsible for any cost to have the item shipped back.
Refund Processing
Once the returned package is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for the return to be processed. We will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
